having downloaded file.installer,Fail to get it to download mod.getting denied error.can you please help.have used administrator rights.also when unzipped in folder there are two setups..which one do i use.thanks for any help.

What OS are you on?

Either setup works, both are the same file. Make sure that if you are on vista/7 you right click on the setup folder and selecdt run as admin.
