I belive 'Volume' is the physical volume that gets put in the info, I dont know if its used at all in any calulations

Not sure what ya mea, if ya mean the cats files, you will find one in cat 9 if patched to 2.5 and cat 1 if not.

managed to get it exported by redoing the textures. Would still like to know what the error means, got to be a simply way to fix it then redoing the textures.

Hello, got a problem with exporting. Anyone got an idea what the error "Unknown property:"opacity type"" means. Its about my textures i think. Highlights this bit of code in the maxscipt listener "if m.opacityType==2 then flags=bit.or flags 0x2" Thankys
